Raquel (she/her) has over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Her approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in authenticity and a touch of humor. Raquel has worked across a range of settings—including schools, residential programs, day treatment centers, and private practice—which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of emotional development and relational dynamics.

Her practice is intentionally inclusive, welcoming clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. Raquel has a particular passion for parenting support, helping families strengthen communication, connection, and resilience. With younger clients, she focuses on addressing anxiety, depression, and the emotional complexities of growing up. She also works with adults experiencing grief, life transitions, and emotional distress, offering compassionate care and practical strategies.

Raquel believes therapy should be a safe and collaborative space—where vulnerability is met with respect and even moments of laughter are welcome. Her work is rooted in trust, connection, and honoring the unique journey of each client.
