This supportive workshop offers practical strategies to help families navigate the holidays with greater calm, connection, and emotional balance. Learn how to set realistic expectations, reduce conflict, and create meaningful moments without sacrificing your mental health.

In this workshop, you will:

--Learn DBT-based tools to manage your own stress and respond effectively to your child’s emotional reactions.

--Gain strategies for reducing family conflict and setting clear, compassionate boundaries during the holiday season.

--Gain tools to reduce holiday overwhelm. Walk away with a personalized family holiday plan that prioritizes mental wellness, emotional regulation, and meaningful connection

The workshop will be recorded and a link will be sent to all who register - after the event
